AWARD PRESENTATION
PURPOSE
The Philippine Nurses Association of New Jersey (PNANJ) Somerset County Subchapter is offering $1,000 scholarship awards to deserving students who resides in Somerset County and is pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
ELIGIBILITY
-
Must be of Filipino descent and residing in Somerset County
-
Must be currently admitted to a nationally accredited nursing program
-
Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher

How enrollment in a nursing program will benefit the nursing profession and PNANJ Somerset County Subchapter

Description of professional goals in the next five years

How the scholarship would impact you

Proof of admittance to a nationally accredited nursing program

Most recent transcript showing a GPA of 3.0 or higher

Two Letters of Recommendations: Letters showcasing clinical excellence, good moral/conduct, and positive impact to the lives of others from professors, employers, supervisors, dean, community leaders who are unrelated to the candidate
