WHY PNANJ SOMERSET?
NURSING EXCELLENCE
AND SCHOLARSHIP
Recognize nurses for their outstanding achievements and contributions in Clinical, Community, Administration, Research, Education and Entrepreneurship. Promote scholarship by providing financial assistance to members who are in pursuit for baccalaureate and graduate nursing education.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Provides rich offerings of educational programs, CEUs, and mentorship for professional development of members and other nurses in the state
COMMUNITY IMPACT
Develop and collaborate with other organizations in creating healthcare programs and activities affecting members,
Filipino-American nurses and Philippine-American communities, in general.
MEMBERSHIP
PNANJ members have automatic membership with PNAA and The Federation of Philippine Societies of New Jersey. Members also enjoy a discounted membership fee to the New Jersey State Nurses
Association and American Nurses Association.
PNANJ SOMERSET SUNSHINE FUND
This program came about due to COVID19 pandemic, where we provide assistance to nurses and their families who have experienced adverse events and are dealing with special circumstances
